(hereinafter, ARTELNICS), domiciled at Calle del Adaja 10, 37185 Villamayor, Salamanca (Spain), with Tax Identification Number (NIF) ESB37536588, is registered in the Commercial Register of Salamanca, Volume 451, Book 0, Folio 100, Section 8, Sheet SA-15527, Entry 1, dated July 28, 2014.

ARTELNICS is the owner of the website https://www.neuraldesigner.com, which provides information regarding the company, its products, and services.

2. Privacy Policy

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users are informed that the personal data they provide will be processed under the responsibility of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNIQUES, S.L. Acquisition and Delivery
To acquire a license, the user must first create an account at: https://www.neuraldesigner.com/sign-up/. Access to the account is obtained through the same page. The “Licenses” section provides details of the licenses offered by ARTELNICS together with their respective prices.

Payment Methods and Billing
Payments may be made using the methods presented at checkout. The applicable payment provider's terms and privacy notice govern its processing. Artelnics will issue the corresponding invoice after confirmed payment.

Upon confirmation of payment, ARTELNICS will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be sent electronically to the user’s email address provided during registration.

Cancellation and Withdrawal
Pursuant to Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, Article 103 establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal. In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer, who thereby acknowledges the loss of such right. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are governed by the current Return and Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before purchase.
