2. Usage:

3. Troubleshooting:

Most of the issues related to importing a data file are related to its format. We recommend using a .csv file and follow the format of this example file.

Note that decimal numbers are indicated with a “.” and separators can be indicated either with “;” or “,” but not both.

Even after changing the format, the data file still saves some of the errors in some cases. To fix this, you should copy the data and paste it into a new file using just the values feature under paste options.

If the issue persists, it may be due to your system encoding. To fix this problem in Windows, go to “Settings”, “Time & Language”, “Language” and click on “Administrative language settings”. A new window will open in which you should click on “Change System Locale”. Ensure that the box “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” is checked.

4. License:

In the products page, select on your preferred license and click on the “Buy Now” button. This button will lead you to the purchase page where you can select your payment plan, payment method, and check the license details.

There is a wide variety of options to pay for your purchase of Neural Designer:

  • Bank transfer: The customer transfers the amount to Neural Designer’s bank account.
  • Credit card payment: The client pays with his credit card through Neural Designer’s website.
  • Credit card payment request: The user provides their credit card information, and Neural Designer collects the amount.
  • PayPal payment: The user makes the payment through the PayPal platform opened from the Neural Designer website.
  • PayPal payment request: The user provides their PayPal information, and Neural Designer sends a payment request for the amount.
