3. Troubleshooting:

I cannot import my data file. How can I solve it?

Most issues related to importing a data file are related to its format. We recommend using a .csv file and following this example file’s format.

Note that decimal numbers are indicated with a “.” and separators can be indicated either with “;” or “,” but not both.

Even after changing the format, the data file still saves some of the errors in some cases. Copy and paste the data into a new file using the values feature under the paste options to fix this.

If the issue persists, it may be due to your system encoding. To fix this problem in Windows, go to “Settings”, “Time & Language”, “Language” and click on “Administrative language settings”. A new window will open in which you should click on “Change System Locale”. Ensure the box “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” is checked.

How much time passes between payment and license activation?

If the email you used to pay for your Neural Designer license was registered in our database, the license would be activated automatically. You can check it by going to your profile section on the user’s page.
