2. Usage:
Neural Designer is available for the 64-bit version of Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.
Neural Designer supports .csv, .dat, and .xlsx files.

3. Troubleshooting:
Most issues related to importing a data file are due to its format. We recommend using a .csv file and following the format of this example file.
Note that decimal numbers are indicated with a “.” and separators can be indicated either with “;” or “,” but not both.
Even after changing the format, the data file still retains some errors in certain cases. To fix this, copy the data and paste it into a new file using the ‘Values’ feature under the ‘Paste Options’.
If the issue persists, it may be due to an encoding issue on your system. To fix this problem in Windows, go to “Settings”, “Time & Language”, “Language”, and click on “Administrative language settings”. A new window will open; click on “Change System Locale”. Ensure that the box “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” is checked.

6. Purchase:
In the products page, select your preferred license and click on the “Buy Now” button. This button will direct you to the purchase page, where you can select your payment plan, payment method, and review the license details.
There is a wide variety of options to pay for your purchase of Neural Designer:
- Bank transfer: The customer transfers the amount to Neural Designer’s bank account.
- Credit card payment: The client pays with his credit card through Neural Designer’s website.
- Credit card payment request: The user provides their credit card information, and Neural Designer collects the amount.
- PayPal payment: The user makes the payment through the PayPal platform, which is accessed from the Neural Designer website.
- PayPal payment request: The user provides their PayPal information, and Neural Designer sends a payment request for the amount.

If the email you used to pay for your Neural Designer license was already registered in our database, the license would be activated automatically. You can check it by going to your profile section on the user’s page.
